VINEYARD
The grape comes from the best plots of our farm at 1000 meters. Cold-weather terroir, loam to loamy-sandy soil. Trellis driving method and drip irrigation. The harvest is manual and was carried out the third week of April.

VINIFICATION
Maceration 48 hours before fermentation at 10º C. Fermentation for 14 days and then maceration for fermentation for 7 more days. Natural malolactic fermentation. Maturation in first use French oak barrels for 18 months.

TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby color and deep aromas of ripe plum and toasted. In the mouth, it is full bodied with layers of ripe black fruits cocoa and vainilla. It is very well balanced, with supple tannins and a long finish.

RECOMMENDED PAIRING
It pairs very well with complex dishes, as well as grilled meats, specially lamb. It can also be served with hard cheeses.
