VINIFICATION
Maceration 48 hours before fermentation at 10º C. Fermentation for 14 days and then maceration for fermentation for 7 more days. Natural malolactic fermentation. Maturation in first use French oak barrels for 15 months.
TASTING NOTES
Shows a dark red color with Bordeaux hues. Good intensity and limpidity. Cassis cream notes and cranberry, species such cloves. To the mouth, we found ripe tannins, sweet and rounded. Full bodied and very long finish. The combination of alcohol, acidity and round tannins results in this equilibrated
and harmonic wine.
RECOMMENDED PAIRING
Serve with baked meats, stews flavored with herbs, duck and quail. Well cured cheeses.
